While exporting mailboxes, do this software provides any option to export the selective mailboxes of EDB file?

The utility provides option “Export Mailboxes”. Using this option you can export all mailboxes of the EDB in PST format. Every mailbox in the EDB will be exported as a separate PST file. The name of the PST file will be by-default that of the Mailbox. However, important point to note is that there is an option to selectively export mailboxes as well. You can select (and deselect) folders within a mailbox while exporting.

The software provides its user with filtering option. What is this all about?

While migrating mailboxes, you can very well set filters by clicking on Set Filters option. In the Set Filter dialog box, you can select Item types and Date range of the mailbox items for exporting. Besides this, you may also specify the destination location where PSTs would be exported.

How can be assured of migration status, once the migration process gets over using this software?

You can very well examine the migration status with the help of a mailbox migration report generated by the software. It allows you to generate report based on various parameters such as:

The Search Option of the tool allows you to search for any particular message(s) in the Source. Now, initially you got to select the Source(s) that you want to search and Click on the Search Option on the Tool Bar. Immediately, Search in Source Dialog Box gets appear on the screen, specifying different search criteria given under four Tabs. One among them is Exclude Duplicate Tab. Here you can specify different Search Duplicate criteria. The two criteria From and Mail Body are by default included, but you may easily select the following criteria to define duplicate.
